PTA Reimbursement Form

New this year! The PTA now has a debit card and a Target account set up for purchases. If you need to make a purchase on behalf of the PTA, please confirm with Erin Van Derven whether the debit card should be used or if you should purchase and fill out the reimbursement form. Expect reimbursement checks to be provided at the following month’s meeting unless otherwise confirmed with Erin.
